How can I do a gift exchange?Updated 5 hours ago

If you have been gifted a Merry People product and you need to exchange it, you can start an exchange request here. 

You will need the order number and either the original email address or delivery postcode for the order. Then select gift exchange and follow the prompts. Once our returns team approves your request, you will be emailed a prepaid return slip. Once we get your order back, we will process the exchange.
