How do I exchange or return my purchase?Updated 13 days ago

We want you to love your purchase. If it's not the right fit or you're unsatisfied for any reason, let us know. You can always exchange or return your order for free within the US, so long as: 

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and without sole wear or creases.
• Return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: we will extend the return period during the holiday season to 90 days (until the end of January). 

If you are in a time crunch to receive your exchange size, we recommend you purchase the size you need and return the original pair for a refund rather than doing an exchange.
