2nd Return for Refund - Zero Dollar

In the instance that you are requesting a refund for an exchange that wasn't quite right, you may have noticed the portal is showing a $0.00 refund. Please note we will process a full refund once your return is received. The amount will show as $0 because your original order was used as credit in the exchange.

You can start a return request here - https://merrypeople.returnscenter.com. You will need your order number and your email address, then follow the prompts. Once we get your order back we will process the refund.



I want to exchange for a different colour, but I don't have this option in the Returns Portal:

In the event that you have received your boots and the colour isn’t quite what you expected and the portal is not allowing you to change your colour just the size, we recommend you return for refund and purchase the colour you would like.


My return request has been rejected:

If you have submitted a return request and changed your shipping address or submitted a warranty claim through the Returns Portal, you request will be auto-rejected. Please note a member of our team will be in touch soon to manually process your request.
