We stand behind Merry People products and guarantee them to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
Submitting a warranty claim:
If you believe your product hasn’t met our quality standards, please email us at [email protected] with the following:
Your order number or proof of purchase details
A photo clearly showing the issue
A photo of the entire product
A photo of the 5-number serial stamp, found:
On the underside or toe of the insole (for boots and clogs)
On the underside of the toe strap (for sandals)
A member of our customer service team will get back to you within 24 business hours.
General conditions of our warranty:
- Warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from Merry People or an authorised Merry People stockist (you will be required to produce your proof of purchase information)
- Damage that is a result of misuse or not following the provided care instructions may not be covered
- You may be responsible for the return postage costs to send the product back
- If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement product (same or comparable)
