We stand behind Merry People products and guarantee them to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
Submitting a warranty claim:
If you feel our product hasn’t met this standard, please send us an email at [email protected]. A member of our customer service team will get back to you within 24 business hours.
General conditions of our warranty:
- Warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from Merry People or an authorised Merry People stockist
- Damage that is a result of misuse or not following the provided care instructions may not be covered
- You may be responsible for the return postage costs to send the product back
- If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement product (same or comparable)
