Can I make changes or cancel my online order?Updated 10 days ago
Your order will be held for 30 minutes after placing it to give you time to make any order changes. This function will appear on the same checkout webpage after you have completed your purchase.

Once an order begins processing at our warehouse, no order changes or cancellations can be made.
If you need to redirect your package to another address, you will have the option to request a redirect on the tracking link. Please note that the tracking link will be emailed to you once your package has been sent out.
Most orders (unless items are preordered) are shipped within 24 business hours. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure.
We do offer free 30-day returns, so once they arrive, you can start an exchange request here. You will need your order number and your email address, then follow the prompts. Once we get your order back, we will process the exchange or refund.
Alternatively, you can purchase the ones you want and then send back the incorrect ones for a refund. This will get some boots on your feet a little quicker.
