Finding Your Tracking Number:
After Order Placement: Once you've placed an order with Merry People, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once the warehouse has fulfilled your order, you will receive an additional email with a unique tracking number and link.
You can also locate your tracking number via this link. Just log in with the email address used when making your purchase. Please note that the tracking details will only appear once the warehouse has fulfilled your order.
Understanding Tracking Status Updates:
Shipped/ On the Way: Your order is on the move. It could be traveling through various postal hubs en route to you.
Out for Delivery: Your order is with the delivery agent and will be delivered to your address soon.
Delivered: Your order has arrived at its delivery destination.
Exceptions/Delays: Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or logistic issues may cause delays.
What to Do If There’s an Unexpected Delay:
Check the Tracking Information: Often, the carrier's tracking information will provide updates or reasons for any delay.
