We aim to pack and dispatch online orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

While we do our best to have your order packed and delivered within the estimated shipping timelines, we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Couriers may, particularly during peak times, experience delays outside of our control. We're constantly working with them to have orders arrive within the given timeframe. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting 2-Day Express.
