I'm inbetween sizes - what should I do?Updated 4 hours ago
It can be tricky with footwear that has no means to adjust the fit (no laces, etc).
If you usually wear a half-size and are trying to decide between sizing up or down, we recommend comparing the length of your foot to the innersole measurements. It's okay if the boots feel slightly snug to start, as they are made of natural rubber, which will soften and mould to your foot with wear. However, they won't get any longer, so you don't want to size down if that means you won't have enough space in the toe. You can find all the sizing information on the size charts here - Choose The Perfect Size
In the event that you have the length for comfort, but now find excessive space is causing your heel to move, the best recommendation is to alter the removable innersole to a thicker option. At this stage, we don’t offer innersole variations for fit, but this is an adaptation our product team is working on.
