Are you able to gift wrap my order? Can I leave a personalised note?
Our boots are dispatched from a third-party warehouse, so, unfortunately, we are unable to gift wrap or send personalised notes.
Will the package arrive in branded packaging?
No! The packaging is not branded, so your surprise won't be spoiled. The only mention of Merry People will be in small print in the return address on the label. No receipt or invoice is included inside the box.
How do returns and exchanges work?
If your recipient needs to do an exchange, that's no problem! They can start an exchange request here. They will need the order number and then select gift exchange, and then follow the prompts. Once our returns team approves their request, they will be emailed a prepaid return slip. Once we get the order back, we will process the exchange.
During the holiday season, we will extend our return period to 90 days from the beginning of November, giving gift receivers until the end of January to submit a return and get the perfect fit!
Do you do gift cards?
We sure do! You can purchase a digital gift card here. Your gift card will be emailed to you straight after purchase. Please note you will receive a digital gift voucher code via email, not a physical gift card. Please note that our gift cards are valid for 5 years from the purchase date.
